No Matter Where You Are Required to Register, We Can Help
There are three levels of sex offenders in Washington. You are required to notify your county sheriff as soon as possible if:
- You change your living address.
- You change your job.
- You change colleges or universities.
- You are released from jail.
If you move from one county to another, you are required to register in your former county, as well as your new county.
Beginning in September of 2007, it also became necessary for Level II or Level III sex offenders to reregister with the county sheriff every 90 days with the county sheriff.
